Professor Olawale Mashood Aliyu is a Professor of Plant Breeding and Molecular Genetics in the Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete. He holds a Ph.D from the University of Ilorin. He has been Head, Flow Cytometry Unit, Institute of Plant Genetics, Gatersleben, Germany; Head, Department of Crop Production; Provost of the College of Agriculture and currently Director of Research and Development at KWASU. He is a member of the German Society for Flow Ctyometry and Genetic Society of Nigeria.
